Yes, i just have to blog about this, ain't it.. EXAMS ARE OVER!!!! yes i know what a tortoise i am. all of you must be halfway partying already.
so after my last paper ended at 11 I trudged to McD at engin to meet rudy who was having breakfast (hello it's lunchtime..) and i wasn't exactly in my chirpiest mood because my paper wasn't as good as i had expected it to be. i couldn't stand it. i just always seem to screw up a lot of the things i do in NUS, whether i like it or not. Starting out on a high note but never seeming to end it well. nevermind. next semester!

so i was just idly sitting there breathing the air of freedom and half-watching him eat his sausage mcmuffin and thinking about my post-exam havoc-fest when he asked,

"so when are you gonna get your ipod? what colour?"

Then i remembered that i had procrastinated on getting it earlier cos i didn't want to get distracted while having exams, yadda yadda. and while i was halfway finishing my sentence, he berry, berry sneakily fished out a very small bundle with white earpiece and wire sticking out of it.

and i was momentarily stunned there as though God had just transported all the jellyfish in the sea to NUS' MacDonald's just for the occasion.
you see i'm never very good at surprises. the same happened with the Swatch incident. i just have a tendency to forget to breathe and not knowing whether i should resume blinking or move. is swallowing my saliva okay?

So a moment later after i remembered that i had ended my exams and was sitting at McDonald's with my boyfriend, staring at the little sleek blue gadget in front of me, did it start to sink in.

i've gotten my ipod a week early! true, i would have gotten it sooner or later anyway, but having it in my hands at such apt moment chased away my exam blues quite effectively. *grin*

and my darling even wrapped my ipod in the blue ipod socks which he got his cousin to ship over all the way from US, since i'd never get it here considering the fact that they sell it at a pack of 6 at such ridiculous price. plus the screen protectors and belt clip and the translucent cover too!

Things to do after exams:

1. Buy ipod mini
2. Remove wisdom tooth (urgent)
3. Go to embassy and renew passport (urgent)
4. Apply for UOB Debit card
5. Memorize verses for Word Power (urgent)
6. Book my air ticket
7. Read my camera manual so that i know how to use it properly
8. Learn photography from rudy!
9. Finish up Anna and Mister God
10. Figure out how to use photoshop
11. Meet up with giddeot and khala! =D
