hooked on to: Crossing over by CHC.
moved most of my stuff into my bunk in sheares hall already. my room is super nice & new! boy, am i excited.
you all must understand that this statement is coming from a poor girl who spent the past 5 years sharing a room with her grandmother. not exactly a very precious experience to behold.
it feels weird to be spoilt with so many compartments to put my things when previously i had to hide some of my knick-knacks at unseen corners so that grandmother wouldnt complain that i'm taking up too much space. it was like living with uncle scrooge.
i have these two tall cabinets to put my clothes & after moving everything in, there's still an awful lot of space left. geez. that makes it extra effort required to remind myself NOT to fill them up. i shudder when i think of the time when i would have to move those again.
anyway, right now as i'm typing this, i'm still in my guardian's place.
a pleasant surprise comes in the form of my auntie telling me that she wishes i would stay longer if possible til school officially starts. she said the house would be very quiet without me around. ha!
those of you who doesnt know our past feuds would probably not raise an eyebrow but those who do, you know what i mean.. :)
sheares only start catering meals next week once orientation starts on 26th july. so i would probably be starving myself empty if i root myself in so soon. since unlike the fortunate souls living in eusoff, i dont have eateries all around me. hrmpf.
argh.. uncle wants me to get off the comp. i should get a notebook soon.
sorry to have been boring you guys with mundane details. i'm just excited over boring stuff really.
