my ticket is booked! flying off on the 4th of june. evening flight. and i'm once again lost in this mixed feeling about going back that i always hate. everytime, without fail.
it's the lost & unattached feeling i get whenever i'm away, wishing my friends are around & there are people on the same wavelength to talk to. then coming back to the familiar hustle & bustle, realisation settles in. that things arent exactly as different as i thought it would be. of course, the best thing being my saturdays & sundays! what would i be without City Harvest church.. =)
so at the end of the day i'm still caught in the middle. but bali has proven to be a very therapeutic place nonetheless. i can almost swear by that article i read in the mag a few days ago : stroking your loved one or your pet at least 10 minutes a day actually helps to calm your soul.
in my case, my dogs. HAHAHA.
school starts on 2nd august. and mad & insane as this idea may appear to some, if not most of you, i must admit that i actually miss school life. not the exam part though, thank you very much. but we never get the best out of situations anyway. you give a little, you take a little. sometimes you give more. sometimes you take more. life.
