ARGH.

for the past 2 days i havent been able to wake up in the morning without this nasty headache. or migraine you call it. oh sheesh.
so had to resort to taking paracetamol (panadol doesnt work) to ease it a little. just took one 2 minutes ago.
further proof that i can almost say bye-bye to my once-perfect immune system. hrmpf.
